Learn to Love Cooking

The Learn to Love Cooking (LTLC) program was developed in 2012 as a part of the Learn to Love Life program, funded by the Australian Government though the National Partnership Agreement on Preventive Health initiative.

The program included the development of a recipe book and facilitators manual, which aim to provide a hands on workshop that educated people on the principles of healthy eating, including food purchasing and budgeting, food preparation, cooking and sharing food in a social and enjoyable way.

While we no longer facilitate the program, the Recipe Book is available for people to download, or contact us if you are interested in running your own Learn to Love Cooking program. We are planning to run a train the trainer course in 2017 for community organisations interested in facilitating this program.

Heart Foundation Walking
