How can I pay?
We have several payment options available to you when paying your rates. However, our preferred methods are online payments, Direct Debit or BPay as they are more efficient and cost less administratively, leaving more of the rate income for direct service to the community.
Please note that a surcharge applies to all payments made via credit or debit cards.
This is a safe and convenient option. You can register to pay your rates by completing a Direct Debit Request Form. Payments will be then be deducted from your nominated bank account when due. Our service agreement has also changed.
Payments can be made directly from your bank account. Please contact your financial institution for further information if this option is not available to you.
Please note when making a payment using BPay, remember to enter the biller code and reference number. They appear next to the BPay logo on the front of your rates notice.
Payments can be made using BPOINT by calling 1300 276 468.
Please note that a surcharge applies to all payments made via credit cards.
